rapid-share not letting me download

Hi does anybody know why, when i type in the code bitcomet tries to download but comes up saying file size failed :not found its driving me mad.

Help would be appreciated for another newbie thanks!

Not sure of what you are trying to do.
Bitcomet sounds to me as a p2p-program.
Rapidshare is not a p2p site.
p2p sites are not allowed in this forum.
Rapidshare is webbrowser based .html.
Just click on the link or copy and paste into the adressfield in the browserwindow, hit return and it should take you to the download page.

strange i have already done that, type in the code wich it requires and bit comet automaticaly tries to download it, strange and when you are on the rapidshare download screen there are about 10 diferrent agents or codes to choose from how do u know which ones to use its pretty straight forward but its got me stumped lol!

I click a link and my Internet Explorer browser takes me to a page where I choose if I want to do a Premium or Free download.
Click on Free and I get a list of alternative download mirrors.
Doesn't really matter which one to use, depends on which one that gives you the best download speed.
I enter the acces code and click on the download link.
If you then are asked to download using a download manager you have to cancel that and let the builtin Windows download manager handle it.
To use a download manager you need to have a Premium membership with RS.
I gather that bit comet is a download manager and Free downloads doesn't support download managers or resuming interuppted downloads.

thanks it was bitcomet stopping the download manager for some reason but sorted it know thanks a million, laters!
