what did you do your doctorate or masters in?

or are you just a medical doctor, which is not a real doctor, unless of cause you did a doctorate or masters.

i now hold a doctorate in journalism/communications... i want to go back to boston, but i may wind up in NYC or LA... in the fall... i also have a craving to write, specifically about journalism/communications and do newspaper op-eds....

you have all been so good to me during a very bad time... and i still haven't got to 300 yet! lol

Ahem. JG, I did go back and read that you have a job lined up in September with a major network. Please, I hope it isn't MSNBC or one of the other hate-mongering news channels. Anyway, I'd vote for Boston. NYC if you get desperate. But not LA. Never LA. ANYTHING but LA. Southern CA is great, but the LA basin, anywhere inside that ring of mountains/hills, ugh.

BTW, I'm sure you'll get to 300 posts, and subsequently find out that the VIP lounge is really quite anti-climactic. I've said it before and I'll say it again -- the Vids section of this forum is like the VIP lounge of the whole dang internet.

thanks again for the kind words... i am tempted to be in boston... i have an extremely good offer there... la seems so very far away, i don't know a soul there... dc would be quite nice, but it is very small and security is an issue...

i also have an interview with a "big little place" in boston... that may be quite nice...
