trash

i understand the the owners and admin need to have control of what happening on this board, but i think that it wouldnt hurt if some mod follow the guidelines of this rule (We are glad to see new members and guests on our forum, but we want all newcomers to be: polite, civil and considerate in their actions and post) i would like to see mods be polite, civil and considerate . what im saying is why trash someone thread just because they made a error , wheres the consideration when you trash something that tooks years to create and in my mind that not even civil, i may have posted something that already been posted and the search does not always work . just my thoughts maybe it time to trow in the towell and moved on to a forum where at the very least the mods and owners appreciate the work put into creating threads.
i think all most mods here could take lesson from JB wannabe who has always been there to help and give useful advise

files have been removed . just to be clear are we stating that whether a files link is dead or not it isnt to be reup by a working link ( note i did give ronnyo credit for the original post). I have no problem trying to abide by the rules but i do from time to time make mistakes.
