Megarotic question

I downloaded two files from Megaupload.
Trying to get the third file the site said DL limit exceeded.
OK.

An hour later I try to get a 33mb file from Megarotic.
I get the message download limit exceeded.
I have not tried to get a file from that site in a long time.

Question: If I buy a premium membership to Megaupload
will it also be good for MegaRotic?

I ask here because I have never had an email message answered by an online storage service.

As far as I can tell, the answer is no.
