Why has mediafire (imho the only one of today's host which somehow works for free users too) been removed from the allowed hosts list?

Probably because no one other than the legendary Never was using it.

Our legendary friend seems to be quite active recently. At least the only file i ever posted to mediafire had 103 downloads during the last 6 days.

WTF is FileJoker btw? They moved to the allowed hosts list without any fuss. I guess they are in good friendhship with Forumophilia or maybe driven by the site operator here?
