Please kill terafile from the hooster-list:

You can download files up to 100 Mb only.
This is the file owner limitation. Upgrade your account to download bigger files.

download limit is by file uploader,not terafile
k2s,rg users can also limit filesize for free users.
so just report that post & i think moderators will ban that spammer.bcoz premium only links not allowed here.

Yes, if anyone is limiting their files this way, their threads will be removed until they are fixed. If they keep doing it, they will be banned.
