Hi I was wondering are there any programs out there that can enhance photo quality I have some images that I *cough* aquired off a phone but it was only 2 mega pixel so the quality isn't that good but you can make out that if the photos were made sharper /brighter you these would be lovely shots I have attached part of a photo to give you an idea

I have this program and is very useful, I need a program that increases the resolution by way of 2 megapixel to x megapixel I managed to use Irfanview to sharpen up a little but I know somewhere there is a program that sharpens up and makes everything chrystal I jst don't know what it is
