Impossible to buy premium at terafile. I'm alone?

Over a week i try to buy a premium account at terafile. My credit card was rejected each time. I try around 20 tentative.

The problem is clearly not in my side because i have any problem to purchase with my card in other site.

I'm alone? Do you have an idea how the problem come?

I just started using them as a backup host but I haven't tried to purchase an account yet. I know people have complained about having the same problem with K2S. A few questions:

Is your credit card a regular cc or a gift/store bought one? Some sites will now block gift cards.

Did you register a free account with them and then try it?

Have you contacted their customer service yet?

This is a rechargeable card. In effect, i do not have contact her customer service. And, i opened a free account.

I already have the same problem with K2S to. But he finally corrected with a new charging service.

Is the first time i have this type of problem's. For me is really bizarre...
