Downloading video?

Could someone instruct me on how to download video's from asiansexdiary.com? On some "streaming only" websites it's pretty easy to locate the video source from the page code and throw them into a dl manager but not this site. I know there are FLV download managers but all come at a cost and I don't trust them to give me a quality copy of the video.

I grabbed the intro video with IDM(Internet Download Manager) and this is what it looks like:

If you use Firefox the add-on DownThemAll also works fine!
