I'm getting this error message:

Software error:

Can't connect to Mysql server. at Modules/DataBase.pm line 28.

For help, please send mail to this site's webmaster, giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

I'm guessing that it's down for good. Saw a few Google posts indicating that the site's owners were arrested in Vietnam and some of the staff took everything down to protect individual accounts from investigation.

Hope it's not so; but that's what it looks like.

Beeing offline for "maintenance" reason is so 1980`... Treating a business like a school holiday´s course will never give you a long term success. But that´s actually something most so called file hosting providers have.
