Goody13's private message to me

Below is a message that Goody13 sent me today. He says contradictory things such as "I did send it" yet he claims that Western Union cannot be held liable, which I do accept. I knew that going into this transaction. However, he says that several people DID get "their" video. I know this to be untrue. Well, in truth, it is true, they got back the same video that they had sent him, not the one that he was schilling. They all deny that they got exactly what they paid for. Justin does NOT have a good quality version of this tape, he never has.

Also, for the sake of completeness, I never said that he had a daughter or a niece, I only said that he had advertised such videos. You can all find him in other forums, his style is unmistakable. And actually, even just pretending is still an offense when you publish it.

Oh, and Justin, how is it that you have now, finally, admitted that you are the one I sent my money to, yet you claim no responsibilty for it? And where I sent my Western Union money to no longer exists? And that now you live in Northern California? Get serious. You are always trackable, you have been found. You needed photo ID to sign for the Western Union transfer that I sent you. It is on record. Wire fraud is an international crime, it doesn't have just to happen in Canada. And you have been tracked doing the same thing in the US, so where is your immunity now?

OK, enough said, for now. Simple truth to everyone else here is, don't trust this scammer. That has been my only purpose here.

"ou have your story, I have mine. You say you never got the video, but I did send it. That's the beauty of western union. It says right on the form that they are not responsible for sales over the Internet, and to never purchase anything from someone you don't know or trust.
You can say I'm lying, but I can say you're just being an asshole, and claiming you never got the video. Who's story will hold up? The beauty is, there are several people who DID get their video, who I'm still in contact with, and who would gladly say they got exactly what they paid for. There's no way to prove I did or didn't send it. And on top of that, you live in Canada....so good luck getting someone to knock on my door for something that happened over 2 years ago.

And the place you sent your money to...you can check it out, but I'll bet you $1 that it no longer exists. I've never even lived in Arizona. You're chasing a ghost. And I promise, you will NEVER find me. Why don't you quit beating yourself up over something that should long be in the past. Relax a little. Life is too short to be so uptight.
