When I started working on my thread today I noticed that my attachments were showing up full sized instead of a thumb nail.
I'm not complaining, I think it looks good like that.
I just want to know why it is doing it so I can make it keep doing it! Laughing Laughing Laughing

From the "secret" MOD BOARD.

Abraxas wrote:
The error is in the code that relates to 'segmentation':

I saw it about an hour ago and I realized it was an error because of the wording atop the browser when I attempted to attach an 800KB picture to a post. This is a capture of the error message in my browser, which I just reproduced a moment ago.

When you add an attachment and it takes a few seconds longer than usual, look atop the browser and you`ll see this text:

"Segmentation fault"

There is as far as we understand it a problem with the system, it's not supossed to do this.

I also had some strange things happen a few times when I hit the submit button. My browser would just start loading one blank page after another.
I had to hurry up and get my task manager open to get the browser shut down. By then there was over 20 blank pages loaded and still loading.

First time I thought it was just a freak accident. But it randomly did it 2 or 3 more times.

Have you heard anything about that?

Open your Windows registry and drill down to HKey_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows.

Add the value BUGS=OFF

Reboot 5 times while holding your left foot in the air.
