well after years of driving a Holden then a Ford and once even a Nissan Patrol I now am the proud owner of a 1994 Mitsubishi Verada, old but new, top of the line in comfort and style, electric everything and you know what, with electric everything and absolute comfort, there is no bloody drink holder.

Very Happy

I know good cars without that special "extra" too. My father drives a 2006 Toyota Prius and has state of the art top of the line technics and electronics but no ashtray:-)

You mean the one that comes out when pressing the Eject button?

There is always an ashtray.
Just press the button that lowers the seethrue shield on your left or right.
There it is. Usually toned from grey to black with a greenish rim.

Well I have two - a SEAT Ibiza (one of the early ones which I use for work) and my play mobile which is an MG Midget, a real car with a simple engine and none of the silly electronic gadgets.
