My neighbour dresses like a hooker

Great in the evening for going clubbing but she wears very
sexy gear anytime of the day

I think she is up to no good & i reckon she should pose for me

Any suggestions on how i should approach her & bring up the subject
of modeling for me?

I don't think you'll have any luck if she is not in need for money or if she is not an exhibitionist.
