I have a bandwith of 100MB resulting in typical 1-2 MB/sec

I get an upload speed of about 39kbits/second as opposed to about 350 downstream. My connection is 3 meg down but upload is rated at 384kbit/s only.

Well that's my excuse anyway. Cool
