How do you guys capture cam sites?

I was wondering how some people here record cam girls on sites like MFC. I tried to do it with Hypercam and I have to use Virtual Audio Cable because stereo mix isn't available in my sound properties. One problem that I have is that when I VAC in playback, I can't hear anything. I want to hear while it's recording. The other problem is that when it records, the audio out of sync. How do I fix these problems?

Did you tried with Internet Download manager ? Using IDM u can download tube videos.
