Hi!

I would like to use a file host on my blog which has the ability to make my files premium-only. So only premium users can download them. I think I will get more sales. Maybe I could make a copy of each file, setting the premium-only feature on one of them, and leaving normal file the another. I will spread the normal link in forums, the premium-only link goes to my blog, so I think the links on blog doesn't get deleted due to expiration, because the copies are well spreaded in forums and get downloaded regularly. I suppose that expiration time is measured on real file level. I know keep2share which has this feature, but I must be premium member to use remote upload. Another candidate is upstore.net. Does anybody know more similar file lockers which has premium-only link abilities and preferably which allow making copies?

Most hosts have this option but it's only available if you have a premium account.

Honestly, unless you are either posting truly hard to find material(And a lot of it!) or are posting brand new content from most major sites every single day, this really won't work as well as you think.

Mostly, people will come to your site, click on a link, get pissed off and then do a google search for the same material using a different host.

Or depending on where you live, you can start up your own file host and then refuse to delete anything if DMCA notices come in. Laughing Doing this is actually pretty cheap. A friend who did this says it cost him a few hundred a month before it was shut down after PP cancelled their contract with him.

Well there are now some places where you can get Non-DMCA servers.
Like this site
Code:

http://www.ovh.co.uk/web-hosting/

But it depends on where you live because they do not accept payments from the USA for example.

If you did get it and set up a forum site you could tell whom ever to screw off if they cry about their DMCA material, though I'm not sure what the end total cost to create and host a site such as that.
