rapidshare problems?

is anyone else having trouble uploading to rapidshare.com? it hasn't let me up my vids for a week now

yup! not been able to download anything--keep getting messages that :I've exceeded my limit:I'm downloading already:I've entered the wrong codes:too many people are downloading and its busy etc etc and I haven't downloaded for days.Guess they are just trying to force us into subscribing in a premium account!
