You should do a googe image search.
upload a picture of the person you wish to find.
and it also works for videos if you take a screenshot of the video.
this should make it much easier for you.

It helped me with a few cases. Sadly it did not for the real "tough nuts"...

try doing a search for her name like this,
it cuts out a lot of the other crap you may find.
and if you want to refine the search further. do like this. +russian
and if things pop up you dont want. remove them like this. -gay
(sometimes) you can do a search for the file type also like this
the advanced google search is great also,
