Usergroups Question

I am having a ball going through everything that this site has to offer... 1st day here! Quick question... I wanted to join some usergroups, but all I see is "Administrators" and "Moderators". Is this because I am a newbie? Or is that all the Usergroups section offers?

The usergroups are nonexistent, so you are not missing anything.

Thanks for the heads up... I would hate to be missing out on some fun!
