D drive. I intend to install my Windows 7 in C drive. Will i get any conflicts in the 1st place when i do this installation?
You need just set up the C drive as 1st boot in the bios before install W7.
If your D drive is other HDD, I mean, if you have 2 HDD, one as C drive and the other as D drive, I suggest you keep just the HDD "C" connected during the installation process of W7.
Then after complete installation and after install all drivers for 64 bits version, you can reconnect the D drive.
But if your C drive is a partition of your HDD, I mean you have only one HDD, then during the setup of W7 installation, you just need mark the partition where you want W7 will be installed.

No need any additional software to run two OS versions in a same pc.
When both OS are installed you just need set in the bios with what HDD you want as 1st boot everytime you power up your pc.
You need just remember that the processor must be compatible with 64 and 32 bits OS system.

They will play normal.
Just remember that in OS 64 bits you can run software made for 32bits systems.
But the software made for 64bits systems will not work on a 32bits system.
