When I try to subscribe to their service and it says they'll send me an email to subscribe (they never do) and then it goes to the "we'll send you an SMS code" (or something like that) via phone (it never does), it always says: This payment method (Visa in this case) no longer available for you." I've tried multiple credit cards (I can never get far enough to even enter a credit card #) and emailed their customer service, which just says to clear your cookies (Huh?).
Any ideas?
