sometimes when i try to download it is a rar file it wont let me open it or do anything with it any comment's on what i can do thank's

When you try to download what? An rar file? Right-click the link and choose Download and the archive (i.e. rar file) will be saved to your computer. Once you obtain the RAR file, use WinRAR to unpack the WinRAR archive.
