He means the rule might be changed so that if you post a video using an approved host, like RS, you could also post an uploaded link along with it.

Thanks a lot, luckyshare was deleting many links and I have errors in the upload by ftp althoug some days is very fast. For me , that I only upload by ftp and don't use a leech uploaded is the best.
