Hi guys, can anyone tell me how you downlaod as a free user?

I hit the free download button which then gives you the 30 second timer, then put in the caption. Windows xp then has a dropdown at the top of the screen asking what I want to do, I hit download file but this then takes me back to the start.

Hit download, wait 30 seconds and it then says (I think as its in german) that download limit reached.
