I have been trying to convert a couple of the Medellin Teen Models Donna videos from .wmv format to .m4v format to put on a 5th gen iPod Touch. I am using a program called AVS Video Converter 7.1.
I have used this program on several video conversion and have had no issues. But for some reason when I sync the iPod to add iTunes gives me the message that all the Donna videos were not added because they could not be played on the iPod.
I can play the videos from the iTunes program, and using Windows Media player.
I did select to keep the output files setting to match the original file settings.
Can anyone give me a suggestion one what the problem might be?
