Your main problem is that you started a new thread with similar material that you already posted in another thread, which the other mod pointed out.

Your second problem is that the stuff you posted in the Trashed thread is material that has been posted over and over in many other threads. It's nothing personal. We just don't need 20+ threads with the same RK, FAQ or TMW videos in them.
