New Idea For The Movie Section....Thoughts Please.

Roughly 50% of all complaints we receive is from the single movie sections, FULL MOVIES - SINGLE MOVIE THREADS ONLY.

Someone will repost a movie and the original poster(OP) will complain. The duplicate movie is then sent to the trash. If the original movie is posted in LS, for example, and you only have a UL account, then you are likely to go elsewhere to download the movie.

So here's my simple idea. Anyone can repost a movie in the ORIGINAL THREAD as long as they use a different file host. Duplicate threads will be merged with the original thread. So if someone posts Pigtailed Virgins #69 with Lucky and Depositfile links, someone else can then add in RG, RS, HF, etc..to the post. But they MUST include their own screenshots of the movie.

I have not talked to the admin about this yet. I want to first hear from those who post full movies and those who download them to see if this is something people would like.

I don't upload nor do I download full movies, so I won't be the least bit offended or upset with any opinion posted here. So please do post your opinions no matter what they are.

I posted in FULL MOVIES - SINGLE MOVIE THREADS ONLY, and I agree with your idea to allow reposting same movie using different file host. All users will be satisfied.

Yes, but sometimes I got "no results found" before post a full movie I've searched. Also, moderators will need more time to find the post and chek it. Altought, it's a very good idea and I'm agree with you.

Adding a reply with mirror links to the original post is OK. I would just add 48 hours waiting period!

After 48 hours single post gets burried away anyway, so adding a reply with mirror links after that period would be fine both for original poster (his post gets to the first page again) and for people who wants to download from other host!

Also, clarification of the Mirror host rule is needed here: If the new links/post are on RG which is allowed only as a mirror - does that new post count as just "mirroring" or those RG links need to meet criteria as for any other post here!

YES,I like the idea of adding a mirrors to the full movies threads while using other filehost.

Some cheater are on forum, editing post and report others one and claimed to be the 1st poster :S

If this is the way, old members can apply it very easily, Just we can edit our old topic with new one and report the new topic :S

If the post is edited it can be clearly seen on the bottom of the page who, when and why edited the post, so such things should not be a problem for the moderators!

edit: See my previous post here and you will see that I edited it around the same time I posted this one (I changed "My 2c's" into "My two cents"

At the bottom of this page edit time should have been visible also, since I edited this post also, but if it is edited in 10-15 minutes after sending original message, no edit note will be visible!

If someone reports a movie already posted and the post has been recently edited, that edited post is what I will send to the Trash, not the reported one. And if I catch someone doing it multiple times, I will ban and remove all of their threads, which is not hard to do with the mod tools we have.
