Asfile is a file locker service which seems to really want to reward uploaders with high payouts. It also provides premium services which can be paid for using Mastercard and Visa.
This site contains a lot of extremely illegal content including ****, snuff, **** porn as well as pirate software, movies, music and legal pornography. There is no concern about copyright with these guys, they’ll host anything.
To ensure they receive the maximum amount of stolen and illegal content they have a generous rewards scheme for uploaders. Below is a screenshot of their affiliate program for uploaders.

ALL HOSTS have been used to host all the things you have listed. I REPEAT, ALL HOSTS!!! Why? Because unless someone reports the content, the host has NO IDEA WHAT IS UPLOADED IN YOUR ACCOUNT! No doubt they look for suspicious file names, but how hard is that measure to counter?
That quote comes straight from the anti-piracy morons who make all kinds of outrageous claims in order to get hosts shut down. These guys have even been accused of uploading illegal content just so they can report it.
Most people who post this sort of very illegal content NEVER use a paid host since it requires so much of your personal information be attached to your bank account. Which means, for those of you who's light bulb's haven't gone off over your head yet, if anyone reports the content and they check it, not only will you lose your premium account and all the $$ in it, but you will also be turned over to the authorities!
Are there creepy idiots stupid enough to do this? Oh of course there are! But most people who traffic in c p use torrents and/or free multihosts so it can't be traced back to them. Others set up their own private file sharing hosts, which is pretty damn cheap if you don't have a lot of traffic.
If these guys truly cared about the proliferation of illegal content, they would focus their attention not on file hosts but on the one entity that makes it easy as pie to find illegal content: GOOGLE!
