Getting offline/cloudfare pages all the time

is it just me? maybe 1 in every 3 pages I browse on the site give me the attached cloudflare page.
once I see this page it seems my existing session is cancelled (i have to log back in again)..then a browse a couple of pages and bang, cloudflare page again..

I got that message a couple of times today. Otherwise it's been about 2 months since I last saw it.

From Friday (Oct 12) to Monday (today, Oct 15, 2012) I got this screen every time I tried to access this forum (from Hungary).
Strangely, after firing up TOR, I was able to access the site without problems.

Is there any country specific blocking in place?

Bump.

Still cannot access forumophilia.com normally, without using the TOR network. I'm getting the CloudFlare page all the type, and mashing the 'Retry for live version' button does not help. Any info on what may cause this issue? (Accidental or intentional region-specific blocking?)

I am now able to access the site without TOR, whoever fixed the problem, thank you!
