It's working again for me but it has nowhere near as stable an interface as Oron had or Ryushare has. To be fair, RS has a crappy interface as well.

This is the first I've heard of the registration requirement. It's not a big deal, really. Just go to YOPmail and it will generate an instant email address for you. Just use that and you're good to go. It shouldn't take more than 10 seconds. Honestly.

There are plenty of problems with RG, this one is on the smaller side of things.

I don't care about registration for RG either.

I have an account at almost all popular OCH, because of my time as a moderator for testing reasons.
But slow download rates or instability is more problematic.

For registration 12minutemail.com will also work.

Real problems are rapidgator is an unstable host, keeps being up and down, it's being massively hit by copyright guys and more likely will be sued by several companies and will end up like 0r0n. Just take a look at adult webmaster forums to have an idea. Rapidgator is the public enemy number one in this moment. They did report it to paypal and they lost paypal account, now they did send mass reports to their credit cards processor and they lost it, then they will hammer their host who will probably drop them like it happened few months ago when rapidgator has been down for a couple of weeks.
The future is to diversify and not to have one-allowed-host-only forums. I know that it sucks but this situation won't end up soon.
