Age of consent

I was just wondering
if the age of consent for sex in USA , UK and australia is 16 , then why is all porn sex have to be 18 and over ??????????
denmark , france and czech republc is 15
Germany is 14
i am just curious as to why , i am not condoning under age sex , just to know if anybody can explain the difference to me

In my home state you can get married at 14 with parental permission. And legally have sex with your 14 yer old wife. But if you take nude photos of her or video it's considered **** pron.

Married a 16 year old, then took photos on their honeymoon of them having sex.

The photos were discover by a computer repair shop, cops called and he went to jail. Even though it was his wife.

She was still under age and there is no exception in the **** porn law for an underage wife.

Well: in europe the age of consent is between 13 and 16 years old.
In Spain is 13, in Germany, Austria, Italy, Bulgaria, Hungary, Former Yugoslavian States is 14, in the remaining countries is 15 & 16.
Also you should note that age of consent means that once you turned 14 you can legally have sex even with a person who is 60 years old, no matter as long as she is not paying you and as long as you are OK with it.
All these things about "until you are not 18 you can have sex only with a person who is not yet 18" it's something strictly USA-style.
About CP: the minimum age to participate in pornographic movies was 14 in Germany until early 2000's, was 15 in Denmark until 2002 and was 16 in Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, United Kingdom, Sweden and more North European states until few years ago.

some of you may think twice about having sex with a 16 year old, even though they say she is of age to concent, there is the catch 22, you cant be no more then 3 years older then she is, yes now this is the law, no one over 19 can have sex with a 16 year old, the married part I dont know about, as far as the other countries changeing there laws uping the age of concent, well, thank the US for that, they put pressure on them to up them because guys from the USA where going to there countries to have sex with younger girls, haha, then after they did change there laws, the US said, we dont care where a american goes to have sex with a girl under 16, we will still charge them for having sex with a minor...... In the Vatican it's 12. Honestly! The reason is often given that they never repealed ancient laws on the age of consent as priests weren't supposed to have sex, so it wasn't considered necessary.

Does seem hypocritical. Maybe it's because the sex itself is consensual but a lot of the time, underage pics that circulate are stolen or not distributed by the owner. Not sure.
