I downloaded a free trial of forte 4.1, but no clue how to use it...can you tell me how I get the below newsgroups on it?

Im not sure. I use Forte Agent, old v1.93 and I load all the headers in my subscribed list and I don't really check where the jpg comes from
ps: first two I gave you have lot's of spam/shit but they also have VERY good contents. You need to dig, which I love to do.

Blocking you? Thats unusual, its more likely to be your firewall in windows, or your firewall build into your router.
But if your isp is blocking you, (which is unusual), you probably are just blocking the port that newsgroup programs usually use. Maybe you can tell your newsgroup program to use a port that isnt being blocked. Or get another newsgroup reader that you can alter the port on.
