Where to ask questions about the board?

Maybe I'm blind but I can't find a place to ask questions about this board. Perhaps there's no need for such an area but I atleast have two questions:

1. Why are some threads backwards? Some threads have the most recent post at the first page while most others have it on the last.

2. I watch some threads for replies but only a few of them turn up when I choose [View your posts]. Why?
