Hi,

I have a question concerning reposts. I don't know exactly how Forumo sees this rule.

Let's say somebody has a big megathread with some clips. Someone else started similar thread. Now:

a) he posts the same clips with the same (stolen from the original uploader) screenshots, giving only different links
b) he posts the same clips with his own screenshots and descriptions

While option A is definitely considering as a reposting, what about option B? The same clips, but completely different screens, descriptions, style.. Are these reposts, either?

A is a post thief, something that will likely end in a ban and his thread moved to the archives. B is a repost. Unless it's part of a theme - and young teeny tiny girls don't count - or shrine, why knowingly repost it?

As to the B - I don't mean ripping someone else's thread. I rather think about situation when a thread contain similar content as any existing one.

Let's say user A has a megathread with Super Extreme Fisting and he posts clips from paysites X,Y,Z, from time to time some other clips from different paysites/

After some time, user B starts similar thread, for instance called Deep Extreme Fisting and this thread contain clips from paysites Y,Z and some other clips he found in the net.

User B may know about user A's thread, but he is not taking clips from his thread but he posts something what he got from paysites or he found in the net. But he doesn't copy it, he just taking a link and the rest he does himself.

Similar threads, some similar content, but not knowingly reposted, not on purpose. Just the same content because it's similar niche.

Another example - few NaughtyAmerica or Brazzers collection. Same videos, but none of the users is taking the vids from the others.

So, is this considering as the reposts?

mate think about this yourself...

you will find its answer...

Ofc "B" is not a reposting , noone can expect from you to make a brand new porn clip which has not been posted yet...
Every single XXX clip is already shared in somewhere else here in this forum, you just keep doing your own descriptions and your own screenshots and such...

I always want to make sure, because forums sometimes go their own unwritten rules and with mods moods.

Thanks for answer.

Oh yes they can, that was the exact reason MY thread was moved to ARCHIVE. You will find my cry for answers here in Chat and except for the thread name, Which is very appropriate considering other thread names, thath was the only reason given, one repost that was already in another 200+ page thread, MY links, not their Oron and MY screen caps.

Go figure, Mods do what they like when they like and if your not their chum say bye bye

Cept for JB of cause whos a great bloke.

it's called reposting and ofcourse it's not welcome.
mods are not bots, they can't remember every clip posted here. but if they see that somebody posts content which already have been posted many times and they know where - they can move such thread to archive.

some users want to get more affiliate points and don't want to waste their time. they don't think about content, just post what they can find in the web and upload. it's not allowed and we struggle against such guys.

So this is forbidden?

Good luck then...
