One question about new rules?

I was just wondering about this rule:
"- File Information - quality, format, video length, file size. This information needs to be accessible without having to click on images. "

I've always used big thumbnail size for the very reason that file information can be seen without clicking on the image to see it in full size.

Can I keep doing that or do I have to write the file information in text form now?

i have another question concerning the new rules. It says

1. You can't advertise any of the 3rd party sites in your profile, signature, screenshots, in names of files or in archives. Also don't forget it is forbidden to place links/banners to any 3rd party sites on your picture hosts and/or file hosts pages.


As some sites (like B@ngbr0s or Trik€patr0l) put their logo on the video it will certainly appear on the screenshot. Is that advertising?? And if it is, does that mean that posting vids from sites is forbidden? Or could anyone give a quick tutorial how to cut the logo out of the screenshot?

btw: there are still lots of posts with logos of paysites on the screen. Does that mean i misunderstood the rule or does it mean mods can't follow deleting these posts?

omg. we are not crazy. paysite's watermarks are not advertising.
