video thumbnail generator for mac?

hi everyone, please forgive me as i'm sure this topic has been covered multiple times in here somewhere, i just can't seem to find it. can anyone give me some advice (or even better, a link) to a mac utility that can generate a thumbnail preview contact sheet image from a video file? i can find all sorts of them for pc, but can't seem to find a mac one. i've got lots of good stuff that i don't think is ul'd anywhere here, but don't want to do it without giving a good preview to what you're getting.
