Any recent United States censorship going on?

I tried to access p1anetsuzy this morning and found it couldn't find the server. Found it suspicious so I ran the website request through a german webpage proxy and was able to view the page just fine. I ran ping tests in command prompt and it returned host not found. I switched to google DNS thinking it was just my ISP being a jerk off but it turned out google dns was affected too. Even tried webpage proxies located in the united states and found they couldn't get a hit on the page. I decided to turn to wiki leaks to get a hold of some DNS servers and voila.. p1anetsuzy was accessible again. Is there some thing that went down last night regarding the internet in the united states?

Update:
After some checking around, it seems only a few united states ISPs are affected. Still stuck with an ISP with a default DNS that won't resolve the domain name to IPv4.
