Hey, the May 2006 issue of Surfing magaziine, cool -- good bathroom reading material. If you have July's issue already, you might see something about some places to surf in Morocco, where I was a few weeks ago. E.g. Essaouira -- great town -- and where Jimi Hendrix wrote "Castles in the Sand" (its also the town he wanted to purchase while tripping and I don't mean traveling).
Ever get up to Santa Cruz? How about Mavericks?
During my ramblin' days I spent a few weeks hanging/partying down there with some surfer friends, decent crowd.

Well hey, now I'm getting depressed ... making me think of four mile ... and I'm here stuck in friggin' Mumbai. You should see the water here. In northern CA you do need a wetsuit (looks more tasty to the sharks, woohoo), but here in Mumbai the water is so disgusting you'd need one of those old diving bell body-armor suits -- and it would probably only be good for one use!
