Rapidshare question

Hi there, sorry if this has been already posted before - after downloading a file from Rapidshare (free account), I'm told that I have to wait for 1 hour and a half or so to get the next one... or get the premium account. Is there any way to get rid of this? Using proxy maybe? Thansk a lot and, well, this is a fantasic forum...
