Yes now I got it. Ok that means a file was split into more than one part because it was to big to upload by itself , or d/l , so you need to d/l all files into the same folder, then extract the first one and the rest will open .

Here is an example:

If you do not have all the parts it will not open, hope that helps, if not pm me again.
