INFO regarding loss of post count

Hi there boys and girls, well time for a little spring cleanning. So going through the fourm I found about 40some post that needed deleting so I you and others who posted replys etc in spam or dumb post lost post count , no hard feelings I hope but I needed to take out some of the trash.

Wow...I'm very surprised !!!! I only lost 59 posts ...how can that be ??? I should be back at 120

Hey MM, a little spring cleaning is always good. Now where's that old mop too. Figures, over in the bucket... Again. One secend it's in the bucket, the next second it's out of the bucket and that goes on for hours. Dammed dirty mop, can't turn your back on it for a second.

No use keeping it in ths database I think, maybe deleting those will keep the server load a bit lower but is that possible?

Well, first: I don't care for postcounts anymore. I enjoyed my rewards for 300 and 500 but to me: that's enough.
Second: I noticed the server sometimes has problems with the load, so I think all the dead weight, those one-year old threads with nothing but dead links are bad for the accessability of the forum. I think they better be deleted. this one for example.
Third, I would like some parts of the forum, like this general chat, to have no influence on post-counts. But that's off-topic.

It's just a thought to keep this forum accessable, but deleting dead stuff may down postcounts: maybe people have problems with that (I have more problems with critical data errors and such...)
