ALL this time i was blaming funsforum for censoring my post... i didn't know that the problem was caused by one of the pics that i cropped saved at a whopping 1MB+. everything was working fine. i just wasn't giving the forum enough time to accomodate such a huge file. after the status bar reached 100%, the pic must have STILL been loading.
after reading good samaratin's reply, i gave my next to last attempt to upload enough time and then saw the 1.17MB file size in the attachment's header.
shit! i am beyond embarrased about blaming FUNSFORUM for a mistake that was totally my fault.
i humbly apologize for the mixup and not considering the possibility that it was a problem at my end.
