First Anal, Deep Throat etc?

It must have been a boring day at work today, but I got wondering about when activities other than straight sex started to be filmed or photographed.

From memory the first anal pics I saw were in Color Climax mags from the 70's or 80's. It was quite a surprise to see people doing that then. Deep throat, although the name of a famous film from the 70's (which I've never seen - did it really occur there?), was something I didn't see until the Heather/Melissa Ashley video about 5 years ago. Piss videos seem to have originated in Germany in the 80's or early 90's. Fisting - only in the last few years.
