If you're a member of a forum that uses file hosts for posting, beware of FileFactory. Filefactory is doing what they did about six months ago. With the PHP script they're attempting to download, they're basically setting up a P2P program on your computer. People with paid memberships at FileFactory can make requests for a particular file and FileFactory will search it's P2P database and if that file is on your hardrive the member will be given a link to upload it from your harddrive. The download prompt that you see in the screenshot is the PHP script which they'll run after it's downloaded. With a PHP script they can create for themselves a console to use your computer for anything they want.

Thanks for the info mistermandingo. I have downloaded from filefactory before. How can I check to see if this script has been run on my machine? If it has, I'd like to delete any relevant files.

I have always opened .rar files, never .php.

Thanks!
