I do not want your job, simply because of the way mods are treated. We all get enough disrespect from the leechers and lurkers never saying anything, you guys have added trouble having to defend your actions to the posters as well...
You guys are the backbone of the forum, not saying this to be a kiss ass, it is the truth. Without you doing your thankless job, the forum would not exist. Simple as that. A moderators actions should be above question. Yet time and again I see people argue with a mod over things that are or are not done.
I sit here working on stuff, always like to check new posts to see if I want to joke or get something, or whatever. If I know it's spam, I mark it as a warning, PM mods and spammer. If not sure, I may PM someone to alert, then I leave it for someone else. You guys have to take the next step and move or delete all together, and for that, you get attacked???
That is just not the way it should be!!! Keep up with your job, Proximer264, the majority of the people who count are behind you guys!!!!

On a side note... this forum has a fantastic core group of posters and mods, that at times don't always see eye to eye. But in the end, we all try to help each other out, becouse we all collectively want to see this place prosper.

I have to agree with everone here. Without the mods this place would have been over-run by spammers (and worse!) a long time ago!
