Yep, this is a good one. You can also do a lot with format conversion with this:

You can just open your Quicktime and click on the first segment..

then let the vid run all the way to it's end or fastforward it...

then grab the second & drop it into the video sceen and the next and next to the last one..

then choose save file as and you done.. simple
