Thank you for replying, JB. Yes, there
is an entire forum section for Vintage, Retro, Classic
Videos, which is kinda my point. To not separate old videos from recent would create
too large a grouping, unwieldy to search. But if I come to
forumophilia at least knowing a movie (or actress) was from the 1990's, that Vintage Video section makes the search much easier--especially if I only remember the actress' first name or part of the movie's title.
Haven't we reached a similar point with internet models? Especially when you consider
how many girls have been published with the same name? How many
Irena's or
Masha's or
Elizabeth's have appeared on the internet since entre
porneurs discovered the world wide web?
That's dozens of models with identical names and no other distinctive search parameter!
Here's another reason to consider a separate section for Vintage Models:
the internet is old enough that there's a whole generation who get nostalgic remembering that "first" babe they got into, some amateur with a first name, a website, and a boyfriend with a digital camera, too shy to show anything til her 12th photo set. Many of us remember when a search of "Tina" "amateur" and "brunette" was enough to get you to your favorite girl's latest photos. (And
every girl was a tease when it took 30 seconds for a photo to load on your screen!)
Without a "Vintage Internet Model" forum I think it's impossible to
create useful shrines to an "Amy"... a "Rachel"... a "Tina"--all with no last name or special identifier, popular in their day, whose website disappeared over a decade ago.
Okay, two posts is enough to make my point, so I'll shut up now
and let this thread get back to its initial purpose.
