ORON Account Levels

Is someone able to explain Orons Account Level for downloads, please?

For the past few days my level has been set at 100% so I gained a certain amount for each non member download.
Today the level has reset to 2% means each download is worth virtually nothing, however I did have a couple of referrals (but no reward since I chose not to use that level)
When will the level revert back to 100%? Until it does I have no incentive to upload any further files.

So days I have 100% and others 100% (and hence more 'reward').

I cant find any explanation.

Thanks to Fibre I now have a good upload speed and am starting to share files again (just like the good old RS days)

I've known posters from another forum that were stuck at 2% for nearly 6 months.
