first of all i appreciate all the people who share clips , i'll thanks everybody everytime, but the point is : why the clips are mostly the same, expecially in teens section, i repeat i am glad to see them but not always the same.

Part of it is Oron Fever. 
There are other boards that have had this same problem with with other file hots, SF & HF. Another part is that most posters aren't looking at other threads so they don't realize they are posting the same stuff. And a lot of threads have been sent to the archives because of this.
A smart poster with a fast connection might consider joining a site that doesn't show up a lot here, or elsewhere, and start posting that content. What they would make from DLs would easily pay for the subscription for a month or two. You would want to wait to post until you DL everything you wanted so you wouldn't risk being booted out prematurely.
Another option would be to rent new porn movies, copy them and then upload them. Again, it would easily pay for itself since most of that would be new to most of us.

Of course you could be a hero by starting a thread and posting all of that stuff you've downloaded over the years that's not currently being posted. Or better yet, do what I suggested to another concerned member: Join a site not being widely posted here and post it. You alone could break the cycle and breathe new life into the video sections. You have the power!
I'm going to go out on a limb here, but I think the posters and the admins of this board get a healthy cut from Oron. If you figure the average porn site is $10-20 month and you usually get about 1-5 sites to choose from and Oron is $9-15 and you get the same regurgitated porn at slower downloads, they're making out like bandits. I almost think the sites allow F'iilia to post because they get a cut as well. I've literally seen the same clips, 3 different posters, renamed on the same day. How is that? Unless they have a large of pool of content they're uploading from and just renaming. Adultbouncer used to do that. You would create your site, use their payment gateway, then pick the porn from their pile to share. I'm tired of the same content so I'm ditching Oron and moving on to a different board.
